Ivan Brunetti exercise
When reading Ivan Brunetti's 'Cartooning: Philosophy and Practice', I came across his exercise where you draw a grid of 100x2cm squares, then you draw an object in each continuously, only allowing for five seconds per image that pops into your head, until you complete all 100. I then painted each version on a separate sheet and cleaned up and combined them digitally. It's an exercise to find your true style, and it was a lot of fun! Ink, paint, digitally combined.

My tiger friend
I have had the idea for this image in my brain for years, and when I finally finished my MA, I thought it was about time to set it free from my mind-prison. Tigers have always been my favourite animal, followed by their acceptable-as-a-pet cousins, orange tabby cats. Procreate and photo.

Cat Beanz
I love it when Fry my cat tucks himself into a perfectly-contained bean shape. This was my first time using gouache paints. Of course now I can only see baked beans as little orange sleeping cats. Gouche & Procreate.

Ched-dar! Magic Cheese
A friend with anorexia asked me to draw some foods in ways to make them seem less scary. I wanted to help in any way I can, and so the following images were born. Procreate.

Vengaboys Cassette
My first ever cassette tape purchase was the Vengaboys album and it needed to be immortalised. Ink wash and animated in Photoshop.

Obi the van logo animation
Our van's logo I designed for our instagram account (@cat.in.a.van) documenting mine and my partner Mark's process self-converting our campervan. Procreate & Animation desk.

Spiderggeadon
Another doodle from our trip away in our old van Bertha, inspired by the French campsite showers and the friendly inhabitants within. Ink.

Veganuary Survival Kit
The January of 2020, how little we knew... everyone was giving veganuary a go, and as a person who flirts with veganism whilst eating cheese, I made this guide. Ink & wash 2020.

Designing our Campervan Build
Trying to plan out a van layout is very hard, especially when you have no experience, and the layout has to be decided before you do anything. This was my attempt to visualise it. Pen & colouring pencils 2019.

Planet Scotch Egg
A solid egg core surrounded by a viscous molten mass of sausage (can be veggie sausage meat too) enveloped by a vast tectonic crust of breadcrumbs upon which all life is essentially based. Ink and Procreate 2017.
