A self-published children's picture book celebrating all kinds of people, of all kinds of colour and of course all kinds of hair! Written by Diana Muendo, illustrated by me.

I worked on this book with Diana over the first lockdown in 2020 and it was self-published on Amazon and as a limited edition hardback on the August bank holiday weekend. We had such a brilliant time working on this together that we can't seem to stop talking about it! I have been a guest on Diana's podcast talking about the book, we've done a virtual YouTube reading and Q&A for World Book Day 2021, and we now do virtual assemblies for schools too. The pictures and letters from the children who have enjoyed it are some of the best things we have received, and I've included a number of them below too. We are working on a colouring book at the moment to go with the Big Hair Parade, and in the meanwhile you can download a free colouring sheet of the main characters from the colouring in section of my website. You can also buy the book here!
